Who we are:
We're on a pilgrimage of sorts, biking from Virginia, USA to Asunción, Paraguay for Mennonite World Conference in July 2009. As we journey, we hope to learn from and serve those we meet and to begin living in a community relevant to Christ's call.

Jon and Lars, the captions with the photos are wonderful!..we loved the stories of the sweet potatoes, green houses, & language classes at Jubilee. Seeing the size of that sweet potato makes our garden variety here in Lancaster pale in comparison. Good to know that your Vitamin A stores are well replenished after eating there for a long weekend!

Jon and Lars, the Harrisonburg voluntary gas tax group met tonight. A lot of folks you know (or know you) from Community Mennonite and Shalom Mennonite. We enthusiastically agreed to send part of the gas tax to your support. A bunch of us pray for you regularly and eagerly await new blog entries. (Did you write this well in my class?)
