Who we are:
We're on a pilgrimage of sorts, biking from Virginia, USA to Asunción, Paraguay for Mennonite World Conference in July 2009. As we journey, we hope to learn from and serve those we meet and to begin living in a community relevant to Christ's call.

Lars some of the pictures you posted are scenes we saw in Gulf Port, MS and in New Orleans that we saw last spring when we took a group of students there to do rehab work. They brought back great memories.

I will follow youre trip with great interest,since I had planned to do this trip to Paraguay this year with a truck and I was born in a mennonite coloney (Friesland ).My trip is not going to happen this year.I just returned from 2 month in Paraguay,since my wife and I have a beef cattle ranch in the Chaco Paraguay,we go there every year.
I pray for much wisdom for you guys.
I live now already 38 years in Enderby, BC ,Canada.
